Insel Jemal – Director
is a Director and co-founder of Meir with over 35 years experience in international HR with a broad-ranging set of skills. He has worked extensively in line HR management roles, including as HR Director with Granada. He has also worked as a senior consultant at a number of consulting practices, including Ernst & Young, as well as establishing his own consulting practice. His specialization has been in the area of performance and talent management, as part of which he developed the MEIR competency-based talent management and job evaluation process that now underpins the Meir Job Architecture programme. He has conducted consulting assignments in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Simon Norridge – Director
is a Director and co-founder of MEIR with over 35 years of experience in HR consulting including all areas of international and domestic compensation. He has carried out consulting assignments in over 50 countries globally covering EMEA, Asia and the Americas and has conducted assignments in 17 countries in Africa since 1985. He has worked extensively in delivering JE and Talent Management projects and in the design & implementation of both domestic and expatriate reward and human resource management systems. He specializes in the design and implementation of domestic and international reward systems and the development of domestic and international employment policies and procedures. He has worked as a senior consultant with ORC, Hay and Sedgwick plc. He has lived and worked as an expatriate in North Africa.
